We are looking for a Care Support Coordinator to join our team! The Care Support team maintains a dedicated focus on ensuring members and clinicians are incredibly satisfied with the Spring Health platform. The Care Support Coordinator exhibits a deep understanding of all member and clinician workflows and is highly responsive, resourceful, empathic, and professional. They have creative problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering a high-quality platform experience.


In this role you will:

  • Manage incoming member and provider support cases, via email, phone or chat.
  • Manage all things care coordination, including but not limited to: maintaining patient charts, rescheduling appointments, executing prescription authorization forms and facilitating the release of documentation between members and providers .
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues submitted by members and providers.
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams in identifying, reporting, and resolving issues, as needed.
  • Work in a cross functional capacity with other Operations teams to coordinate information sharing and ensure providers' and members' needs are met.
  • Participate in special projects and committees such as hiring and product as needed by the Care Support Operations team.
  • This position reports to the Care Support Team Lead.

The target salary range for this position is $29.74 - $32.18, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
