About this Position:

Manage and Support collision field staff for Honda and Acura Certified Network. Make decisions that will determine the direction of the Honda and Acura Certified Network for the future. Create and deliver collision repair information to the network and the industry, in person and through webinars. Work with all internal departments for information relating to collision repair. Must be able to review repair procedures and give repair advice that meets with AHM policy. Work with ICAR and develop training that will be given to the industry for a safe and correct repair. Represent AHM at all Industry events regarding Collision repair. Responsible to support $1.2B in Collision parts sales and Certification revenue.

Responsibilities include:



  • Manage and support collision field managers.
  • Create and deliver Collision Repair Technical Webinars to the Certified Network
  • Assist in the creation of Body Repair News, Collision Industry Position Statements
  • Review & make recommendations for new model Body Repair Manuals
  • Deliver Honda and Acura collision repair information at industry events
  • Support AHM internal departments with collision repair information as needed
  • Create Honda Collision Training modules
  • Support Paint and Body Warranty Information
  • Insurance Partner Relationships


Qualifications

Required Work Experience:



  • 8-10 years in collision repair
  • OEM retail and wholesale experience needed



Required Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in automotive technology



Desired skills:



  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Competitive base salary $ 89,100 to $ 133,600

    • Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, etc.
