The Quality Inspector is an important member of the Quality team and is responsible for ensuring the quality requirements are implemented and within compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with AS9100D:2016 and ISO 9001:2015, FAA 14 CFR Parts 145 and 21, and statutory, regulatory, and customer requirements. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
