Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and strategic individual to join our Claims Telematics Team. In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and iterate on telematics-driven solutions that enhance claims efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.This role is responsible for the design and development of claims telematics capabilities. This role will also design, deliver, and integrate business processes with new and existing technology capabilities. The individual will develop architecture connecting business processes, functional data flow, and claim system applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize the development and re-use of capabilities across platforms while adhering to design principles, budgets, consumer, Agency owner, and employee user experience
  • Consistently meets band level behaviors, production, quality and/or customer service goals
  • Works with other product owners to ensure integration between capabilities within a platform
  • Operates at the capability-level, in support of broader platforms
  • Develops functional data flow to ensure the efficacy of new capabilities
  • Proactively engages with field stakeholder groups to collect insights and feedback
  • Performs process development, improvement, rollout, and integration activities
  • Responsible for optimizing process oversight with process agility
  • Reviews customer satisfaction results
Functional Skills:
  • Ability to interact effectively, and coach others on interacting effectively, with internal or external customers and act with empathy
  • Applies broad knowledge of insurance policy, coverage, and regulation
  • Applies broad knowledge of claim processes, policies, procedures, and claim systems
  • Applies broad knowledge of analytical procedures to reconcile, manipulate, and recognize patterns of data
  • Applies broad knowledge of problem solving and preparation of reports for analysis
  • Applies broad ability to leverage learned technical skills in support of team objectives
  • Applies broad negotiation and/or arbitration skills
  • Applies broad skill in motivation, organization, training, coaching and facilitation of teamwork
  • Has and maintains all appropriate licenses and registrations for the role per state requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5 or more years of related experience
  • Prior experience with designing and/or implementing telematics programs (Client or TPA)

Compensation offered for this role is$90,000.00-$146,125.00 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
