The Naval Information Warfare Center and Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) are teaming together to provide systems engineering, software engineering, logistics, technical, and management support services to multiple programs. We are looking for a self-driven detail oriented professional to join the team.
The Project Administrator will join Project Managers to execute day to day administration and will work in multiple functional areas of tasking, thus a strong desire for professional development is expected. This candidate will also assist in meeting our customer, attending weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly programmatic meetings, and other ad hoc tasking as required by the Project Managers.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Acts esponsible for the administrative leadership of a project within the program guidelines set by the Project Manager and customer
  • Serves as primary contact for day-to-day coordination and administrative duties
  • Serves as primary support of project by facilitating logistics of materials, meetings, presentations, etc. Plans and coordinates all materials needed on project
  • Plans and coordinates project scheduling, budgeting and administrative tasks
  • Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are being maintained and on schedule
  • Analyzes data and makes recommendations for review by senior management and customer review
  • Creates reports and reporting tools that will provide senior managers and customers a broad prospective of status, updates, needed changes and up to date status of the project
  • Assists in development of presentations for senior management and customer review
  • Makes presentations and/or be a partner in customer discussions/negotiations
  • Conducts performance/project analyses to benefit future missions and programs
  • Develops new customer contacts and conceptualize solutions to customer problems that lead to new business for the corporation
  • Accommodates minimal work travel (5%) with limited supervision
  • Utilizes the ability to adapt and prioritize as requirements change
