Job Summary:

The Product Marketing Sr. Consultant l supports the planning, creative development and leads the day-to-day execution of marketing tactics that drive profitable growth and retention for Allstate Nonstandard Direct to Consumer Brands (primarily Direct Auto). The Sr. Consultant is accountable for coordinating all phases of project development work for supporting Nonstandard Direct to consumer store locations national and local promotional programs. This position consults with others in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, other cross functional business teams including Sales and Local Store Marketing to gain input on executing marketing plans. The Sr. Consultant must possess a variety of competencies including strong attention-to-detail, advanced communication skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback to both internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the planning, creative development, and implementation of integrated marketing communications to support various store programs and strategies, offering solutions and recommendations to manager and other contributing team members
  • Manage required day-to-day tasks, including status report and timeline management, program management, meeting coordination, legal and key stakeholder approvals, and maintaining centralized files for reference and compliance.
  • Assist in leading go-to-market campaign development, planning and execution across Direct Auto's 500+ store footprint along with grand opening strategy and supporting activities to drive new growth
  • Support development of event marketing plans, and assist store teams in executing in-store & local events
  • Ensure the holistic marketplace for retail with the development of seasonal retail directives that ensure a unified visual presentation across POS and media initiatives to drive stores
  • Initiate new innovations/ideas/partners/processes and manage actions
  • Work independently on projects with management guidance and oversight
  • Participate in the development of presentations, program overviews, recaps, and other materials for internal meetings, presentations and national programs
  • Contribute to integration across marketing teams and other departments, building relationships with internal and external business partners, resources and field sales.
  • Initiate ideas and actions on cross-functional teams
  • Work with solid level of independence on new or unfamiliar projects
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 or more years of related experience
Functional Skills:
  • Intermediate organization and project/program/time management skills
  • Intermediate presentation development and delivery skills
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft suite; advance PowerPoint skills a plus
  • Intermediate relationship, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly motivated and a passionate team player
  • Required to manage or contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and needs to possess a variety of competencies including strong attention-to-detail, solid communication skills, meticulous follow-through and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation offered for this role is$61,500.00-$105,750.00 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
