Job Summary Responsible to ensure the effectiveness of the NGA contract in the areas of performance, productivity, safety, and efficiency to the standards of the contract and to the satisfaction of the customer. Market and monitor human service delivery, as well as provide all reports to funding agencies and corporate divisions. Develop service as needed to meet the needs of individuals employed through or referred to NGA. Recommend policy and planning for the Corporation as it relates to human service delivery and operational systems. Sustain and improve organization business revenues to secure existing and new employment opportunities. Oversee compilation of human service and statistical data.
