Job Summary

The Director of Device Integration/Cybersecurity provides leadership for Healthcare Technology Solutions strategy and daily operations of its information systems and overall national cybersecurity programs and initiatives. Develops, researches and implements new technologies, processes and improvements to client's cybersecurity program.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond expeditiously to calls from clinical departments to evaluate and rectify valid customer complaints and concerns.
Responsible for all matters related to the Device Integration and Cybersecurity programs both internal and external to our clients.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify organizational needs or gaps and develops appropriate cybersecurity strategy.
Individual will maintain good personal relationships with fellow workers, nursing and medical staff, vendors, manufacturers, and the general public.
Individual is expected to display effective customer service in accordance with annual satisfaction survey protocol.
Develop and contribute to overall cybersecurity strategy by identifying growth opportunities based on latest threats and new technology.
Continue to stay current on regulatory changes related to cybersecurity and implements changes as needed.
Conducts threat intelligence gathering, monitoring of zero-day alerts and development of incident response to findings for Client's.
Works with clients to chalk out cybersecurity risk management and manage timelines for device integration projects.
Interface with appropriate internal HTS groups (i.e., TRC, Compliance, Sales, Capital Planning, Field Service Support).
Interface with appropriate Compass internal groups (i.e., Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and Legal).
Develops dynamic staffing model to reflect business needs.
Manages a team of device integration/Cybersecurity risk management specialists
Reports to Regional Director of Operations and/or Regional Vice President on department's activities; including but not limited to, variances from budgets on previous P&L statements, customer relations, quality, recruitment, management needs, management training, contract renegotiations, sales gained by operations.
When required, represent the company on various hospital committees to ensure safe and effective equipment operation to the contract specifications.
Establish and administer daily shift schedule; assume on-call responsibilities as necessary.
Direct both strategic and daily operations of the site's cybersecurity personnel and reports on Client's cybersecurity posture
Participate in Client meetings and committees as it applies to medical device security
Perform other duties as assigned that are intrinsic to the successful operation of the account and company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or healthcare administrative field, or equivalent degree or experience.
Certification of Security+ within 12 months of hire

Experience:
A minimum of ten (10) years experience in healthcare support services management.
A minimum of five (5) years experience in healthcare cybersecurity.
Proven ability to manage a team.
