Redaptive is seeking a talented and experienced Chief Operating Officer to help drive our business operations and transformation. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's day-to-day operations, with a focus on business operations and transformation, customer facing installations, supply chain, and procurement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in these areas.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations of Redaptive's business model.
  • Oversee and manage the company's supply chain and procurement activities, ensuring that products and services are sourced sustainably, at a competitive price, and in line with the company's technological needs.
  • Manage the deployment of products and services to highly distributed customer sites, ensuring that they are delivered on time and in compliance with all regulatory requirements and our technology standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business operations and transform Redaptive into an even more innovative and efficient company.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and issues and develop plans to address them in conjunction with the technical team.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of operational staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
  • 15+ years related experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain and procurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of transforming operations and/or procurement and managing highly distributed customer installations.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and technology implementation.
  • Excellent strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of construction management and safety a plus.
  • Have a passion for energy efficiency, sustainability, and innovative technology solutions.
  • Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.
Permanent Authorization in the US is required at this time.

  • Expected annual salary: 330k (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)
