About this Position:

Daily interaction with multi robot cells that will include but not limited to Sealer Application, Spot Welding, MiG Welding and Material handling. This basic job function will focus on building comps and sellable automobiles.

Responsibilities include:



  • Develop proactive management activities to identify root cause(s) to cell/robot performance with countermeasures


  • Support process associates by moving carts and setting up the zone for type Change over
  • Ensure that good information is included in reports for follow up
  • Able to perform multiple work processes as necessary with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Coordinate with Department management to complete all downtime reports to ensure accuracy and countermeasure follow up.
  • Conduct regular welding equipment preventative maintenance activity.
  • Support New Model and Engineering with project implementation
  • Understand how robot head assemblies, water flow, and shunts work.
  • Understand how to manually operate all processes in area of responsibility.
  • Follow up with a Dept quality group whenever changes are made to equipment



Who we are seeking:

Required Experience:

>1 Year Robot Cell

Required Education:

GED/High School Diploma desired, not required

Other job specific skills:

Ability to technically investigate, derive conclusions from observations/data and analytically approach problem cause phenomena.
