The Division of Hematology, Oncology & Transplantation (HOT) and the Masonic Cancer Center, University of Minnesota, is seeking an academic medical hematologist/oncologist with training and experience in Blood and Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy. The ideal candidate will have translational research experience and clinical expertise in the treatment and research related to blood and marrow transplantation, as well as independently obtained research funding. The Division is seeking an individual with a strong interest in clinical research in blood and marrow transplantation, stem cell transplantation, and cellular therapy who can thrive the team-based environment of the UMN Medical School. This individual will assume a key leadership role in the development, implementation, and supervision of innovative research projects and clinical trials in the treatment of cancer. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and collaborate with research team members involved in support of critical research goals. This individual will also participate in the inpatient and outpatient clinical care of hematology/oncology patients as well as teaching of medical students and post-graduate trainees. Qualifications
