Job Summary:

Arity is seeking a highly motivated entry-level DevOps Engineer to join our team in a highly collaborative organization. You'll be on the team that designs, deploys, and tracks the platform that powers Arity's analytics, data governance, and machine learning infrastructure.You'll improve our build automation, enhance our data security, and speed up our delivery by intelligently harnessing AWS services. The role is a part of our Analytics organization and requires the ability to design, iterate, learn, and improve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard accounts and applications to Arity's AWS infrastructure for Analytics
  • Collaborate heavily with our engineering and product teams to test implementations
  • Apply patches and system maintenance for base AMIs and our few hosted applications
  • Work with team to troubleshoot issues and performance bottlenecks
Qualifications:
  • You're familiar with Linux
  • Basic Shell scripting and Python
  • Comfortable with git, we deploy Infrastructure-as-Code
  • You understand how AWS Managed Services work
  • You want to be a part of a fast-paced team and learn Ansible and Terraform
Nice to Have:

Exposure to any of

  • Hadoop, Yarn, or EMR
  • Informatica EDC and Axon
  • Jenkins
  • Docker

Compensation offered for this role is$81,400.00-$106,975.00 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.
