Position Summary
The Child and Family Data Collection Specialists will facilitate data collection for the Youth Development Institute ( YDI) at UGA. Responsibilities include aiding in the development of study protocol for interacting with 7- to 10-year-old participants and their families, participating in home-visit data collection, and preparing participants for and performing fMRI scans on participants at the UGA Bio-Imaging Research Center ( BIRC). In addition to having experience working with young children in a medical or research setting and training specifically related to reducing child anxiety in these settings, the ideal candidate will also have fMRI experience. The job is based on grant funding and will be renewed on a year-to-year basis.
