Global Chief People Officer

Redaptive is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) responsible for developing and executing global human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management & development, change management, organizational and performance management.
As part of this role, the CPO will be expected to provide creative and insightful solutions to critical HR issues and advise other members of the executive team accordingly. The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader with experience managing HR teams across multiple locations and cultures and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Must be located in, or willing to relocate to the Denver Metro Area.

Job Responsibilities
  • Optimize people-centered activities such as, training, professional development, hiring, and performance management to ensure these efforts support the company's growth and bottom line.
  • Oversee Global People Team ( operations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and business partners).
  • Develop and articulate HR vision to the board, senior management and shareholders.
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans in line with industry best practices.
  • Serve as the company's culture advocate and brand builder to help attract the best and brightest talent to the organization.
  • Provide creative and insightful solutions to critical HR issues and advise other members of the executive team accordingly.
  • Oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
  • 15 + years related experience
  • Bachelor Degree (HR or Business) preferred or related experience.
  • Experience working with Global teams (India Preferred).
  • Work collaboratively to align and scale key people processes and organizational culture across India and US offices.
  • Understand the organization and the potential evolution of the business. As a solutions-oriented change leader with influencing capability, must develop and align the people strategy with the business strategy.
  • Innovative mindset and develop new ways of working across a diverse talent pool to optimize work and performance.
  • Must have a superb reputation as a strategic-doer, demonstrating agility and collaboration throughout the organization.
  • Excellent storyteller, with the ability to orchestrate shared values across employees, customers, suppliers, investors, and the community. Helping to reinforce and stitch together the culture and shared values across the candidate and employee lifecycles is paramount.
  • Experience with compensation and benefits plans in line with industry best practices.
  • Ability to develop relationships and build communities with an effort to drive engagement and support talent and leadership development initiatives.
  • Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills. Must be compassionate and self-aware.
  • Must have a unique ability to help manage frequent and complex ups and downs, while being open and transparent with employees, fostering trust and being a resource in the middle of chaos. The right temperament and trust helps to build credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop a collaborative business relationship with the CEO helping to drive transformative change for the organization.
  • Connect the work employees do to the corporate mission to make them feel valued and significant. Take measures to create a welcoming, energizing, and rewarding place to work.
  • Experience working with and presenting to board of directors and work closely with compensation committee.
  • Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.
