Do you have demonstrated experience in facilitating training, process development, and problem-solving? Do you possess a deep understanding of Ag-industry crops, technologies, and practices, as well as an understanding of the Ag marketplace? General Purpose and Scope of Position: Process and manage all conventional fertilizer registrations within the U.S., including new product registrations, annual renewals, and registration amendments. Manage related regulatory affairs for fertilizer products under the various state regulatory programs. Manage communications with state regulatory agencies and with internal stakeholders related to product regulatory activities. Support and assist the Product Registration Department associates in providing leadership, expert advice, sound judgment, and taking timely and appropriate actions in implementing the product registration process. For example, create an atmosphere within the Product Registration Department dominated by the desire to achieve "excellence in the delivered product." Ensure that the performance of the fertilizer registration component of the department is such that objectives as set forth in Strategic and Operating Plans are met, with emphasis on effective resource utilization to reduce shareholder risk and maximize corporate value.
