General Purpose and Scope of Position: Agriculture is in a period of intense change. External pressures and new technologies are combining to create a movement towards more sustainable growing practices. The Sustainable Grower Solutions Leader will identify and develop market insights and opportunities to meet growers emerging needs in this space, then translate this knowledge into a portfolio of products, solutions, and services that drive growth for Wilbur-Ellis. In this newly created role, you and your team will develop the strategy, product portfolios, revenue models, distribution channels, pricing guidelines, and branding for this important business opportunity.
