About the Role

The Analyst, People Systems Integrations supports the development, testing, deployment, and documentation of integration solutions between core HR systems (including Workday and Greenhouse) and other platforms. This role also proactively monitors production integrations and provides timely support to identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. The Analyst will support the Integrations Architect in partnering with stakeholders, vendors, and functional configuration resources to understand business needs and design sustainable integration solutions as part of efficient and compliant end-to-end processes. The ideal candidate has experience in Workday integration design, implementation methodology, and best practices, particularly relevant to HCM.

Responsibilities

  • Design, test, deploy and support integration solutions that are scalable and sustainable, following industry best practices and in accordance with compliance and change management standards

  • Proactively monitor integrations and troubleshoot break/fix issues

  • Prioritize projects and support requests based on impact and urgency

  • Establish and keep up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, timelines, RAID logs, approvals, etc.

  • Create and maintain design documentation and runbooks for the purpose of educating stakeholders and partners, and to support system audits

  • Understand and commit to policies and best practices relevant to data governance and data privacy

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of practical enterprise integration and web service development experience

  • Experience with Workday integrations and relevant functional areas (i.e. HCM, payroll, talent acquisition, benefits); Workday Studio a plus

  • Working knowledge of XML transformation languages and associated web service technology (SOAP, REST, SAML, SSL, etc.)

  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams as well as functional stakeholders

  • Focus on best practices relevant to data governance, data privacy, and compliant change management

  • Strong problem solving and time management skills

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $76,500 - $102,000

Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including 20 days of PTO, approximately 10 paid holidays, 80 hours of paid sick leave, 16 weeks paid parental leave, competitive healthcare benefits, Life & AD&D insurance.
