The Division of Vascular Surgery of the University of Minnesota is actively recruiting a board certified/eligible vascular surgeon to lead the Division. This physician will join a team of vascular surgeons who currently perform all manner of open and endovascular procedures. The candidate must have demonstrated leadership ability, demonstrated interest and ability to work within a multidisciplinary framework to provide comprehensive vascular care to our patients. The Division works within collaborative framework with Interventional Radiology to drive quality and outcomes. Qualifications
Successful candidates must have an MD, MD/PhD or DO degree (the employer accepts foreign educational equivalent) and be eligible to obtain an unrestricted Minnesota medical license. The candidate must have completed an approved fellowship in vascular surgery and be eligible for certification of special qualifications in vascular surgery. Faculty rank and salary will be commensurate with credentials. Strong commitment to patient care, education, and clinical research is required. Experience in academic medicine preferred with a commitment to a collaborative interdisciplinary approach to vascular care. About the Department
