Internal Program Manager

Redaptive Inc. is seeking an Internal Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various internal programs and projects within the company, as well as leading organizational change management efforts. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Chief of Staff.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for various internal programs.
  • Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Identify and resolve program issues and risks.
  • Manage program resources, including personnel and budgets.
  • Facilitate regular communication and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders as needed.
  • Support the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives.
  • Lead and facilitate organizational change management efforts, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communication planning, training planning, and resistance management.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of new initiatives and programs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align change management activities with project timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor and measure change adoption and impact and make recommendations for adjustments to change management strategies as needed.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management, change management, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Psychology preferred, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, etc.)
  • Familiarity with agile methodology is a plus.
  • Experience working in a technology or energy-related industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.

  • Expected annual salary: 100k (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)
