Production Team Lead - PHC B Crew

Webasto is looking for:

• Train, develop, monitor, colleagues and update training matrix as needed
• Provide direction on daily tasks to operators, assign work areas based on priorities, attendance and skill sets
• Responsible for the work results of its related team of production operators, directs them and offers first-response problem resolution
• Correction of malfunctions in the line, initiation of maintenance and servicing of machines and equipment (TPM) according to standard
• Act as interface between Production line and support services such as Quality, SCM/Line Feeder, ME / MT

Maintain a positive work environment and ensures colleague compliance to all applicable standards and instructions particularly, but not exclusively relating to workplace and environmental safety, product safety and quality and employee guidebook/anti-harassment
