SCM Planning Specialist

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in material control with experience in customer scheduling, third party vendors, IT vendors
• B.A. in Business, Supply Chain / Logistics management or related field
• Understanding of and experience working in warehouse and inventory management a plus
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; including Word and Excel
• SAP experience
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• 3 years automotive experience required

Key Responsibilities

• Design, operational control and optimization of processes and packaging within the supply chain including digital integration
• Provide analysis and documentation of global business needs, as well as implementation in sophisticated solutions
• Optimization of the material and information flows in the inbound, in house, outbound SCM processes, taking into account the SCM strategy and the Kaizen concept
• Negotiation of logistics cost with SC, ex. WH
• Support supplier decision based on Total Landed cost of transport concepts
• Support replenishment processes of supermarket
• Support planning of milk runs and shuttles from supplier, supply center, ex warehouse
• Design and implement packaging for new projects
• Optimize and change packaging for running projects
• Creation of supply chain concepts
