IT Developer - Data Solutions

Job Responsibilities:

* Technical Design and Development of Power BI solutions within MS Power Platform, including connection management, automation, monitoring performance, and technical support

* Technical Design and Development of RPA Bots and Process Mining solutions within UiPath Platform, including connection management, setting triggers, monitoring performance, and technical support

* Executes change requests, and monitor/manage service requests and incidents for both platforms

* Participates in training sessions and customer satisfaction assessments to ensure alignment with our internal customers, in conjunction with team colleagues and business counterparts

* Meets regularly with Global Data colleagues to gain knowledge, provide status, present and vet designs and specifications, and share in the global successes of this new team

Education & Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent 4+ years of applicable work experience and/or college-level study in Data Science related topics

* Knowledge of Agile Software Development methods and tools, technical requirements engineering, and solution quality assurance processes

* Experience with SQL Databases or Dataverse, UiPath (Low-code/No-code), API development

* Experience in working with SAP/MES connectors within the Power Platform context

Preferred Competencies:

* Direct experience with Power Portals, Power Automate, Azure DevOps Services (ALM), Azure Functions, Power Query and Data Flows, Power Apps Component Framework

* Direct experience with the development and administration of Canvas and Model Driven Power Apps

* Familiarity or expertise in Microsoft Office stack, MS Visio and Server-based applications

* Microsoft certifications like PL-200 or PL-400, or desire to achieve them

* Understanding of the concepts contained in ITIL/ITSM approach to solution delivery

* Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, rapidly changing, and growing team within a much larger global IT organization
