About this Position:

The HR Transformation leader will partner closely with the Sr. HR leadership team to lead, coordinate, and execute the planning and implementation of various strategic programs and initiatives for the HR organization. They will interface with HR and business leaders at all levels and become a true advisor and business partner while driving HR's strategic vision and project execution forward. The achievement of HR's future operating model is integral to elevating all aspects HR's performance from operational excellence to strategic innovation.

Responsibilities include:



  • Act as an advisor to the Sr. HR Leadership Team and business leaders at all levels on the HR agenda. Provide consultations and develop highly creative and innovative solutions around ongoing transformation efforts to achieve critical HR transformation objectives.
  • Establish operating processes and tools for effectively managing the HR function, including actively tracking key trends and metrics
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of established operation processes based on KPI and develop countermeasure actions when implemented processes are not too successful.
  • Serve as an LPL and lead the development of a project plan, evaluate the alignment to the project objectives for the HR BU, and to confirm effectiveness of the execution strategy. Develop project timeline and manage progress against deadlines and milestones
  • The LPL oversees and acts as the Expert Advisor to multiple Project Leaders (PLs) from all HR divisions and departments, managing as a single major project.
  • Manage the process for defining and prioritizing strategic initiatives, including the identification of emerging initiatives
  • Distribute, assign, and ensure completion of workstream responsibilities
  • Monitor risks, actions, decisions, and support workstreams in driving tasks to completion
  • Review and understand HR and business analytics, derive insights, and turn them into action and measure progress



Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:



  • 10+ years of experience across HR project management, HR Business Partnering or transformational change management
  • Total 15-20 years of prior experience in 2 or more functional areas in HR; HR business partner or generalist, or in HR COE roles
  • Prior experience with a distributed workforce and exposure to best-in-class HR from other organizations of similar size and stage of transformation
  • Prior experience leading, coordinating, and executing large-scale projects
  • Exceptional project management experience; a PMP is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels
  • Superior consulting skills



Required Education:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline or equivalent relevant experience
  • Advanced degree highly preferred

  • Working knowledge of key HR functional areas (Development, Acquisition, OD, etc.)
  • Networking skills
  • Strong business acumen, capable of connecting business goals to people management practices

  • Managing multiple concurrent tasks, meeting numerous deadlines, addressing many internal staff requests
