Job Summary: The Sr. Manager ESG Data and Reporting - is a key member of the Sustainability team and will lead a wide range of data gathering, analysis, disclosure preparation and support for all aspects of Sysco's sustainability and corporate governance programs. This person will also play a critical role in monitoring the collection and submission of emissions data to assist the company in obtaining its climate reduction goals as well as among distilling internal and external data into well thought out summary information that supports decision making for all of Sysco's sustainability leaders. This position will also determine resource needs and build a team structure to support global reporting requirements including annual disclosures. Duties and Responsibilities:
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Agriculture, related fields Experience Required: Seven (7) or more years of relevant experience, including experience working in corporate affairs or an ESG function in a corporate environment or investment firm. Experience with global ESG/sustainability reporting and disclosure, including knowledge of current tools and trends; policy positions of proxy advisory firms, ESG raters and rating agencies; and requirements of SASB, TCFD and other reporting frameworks and standards Experience Preferred:
