We are looking for an experienced product leader who is is passionate about podcasts, obsessed with customer experience, and has a strong track record in consumer services to lead the team developing the future of podcasts. We are looking for someone that brings creativity and humility, product sense and analytical skill, leadership and ability to collaborate. As the leader of this team, you will take podcasts and podcasting to the next level. You'll collaborate closely with design, engineering, business teams, marketing, and data analytics to define, develop and launch new innovations that evolve the way people create and engage with podcasts and audio. Key Qualifications
Description - Provide leadership, inspiration, and guidance to a talented team of product managers - Define multi-year product strategy and lead cross-functional teams through execution - Create product roadmaps and pursue alignment across business, engineering, design, and project management - Define exciting and innovative new features that evolve the medium of podcasts - Build and maintain strong working relationships across the team, organization, and Apple - Deliver presentations to a large variety of audiences, distilling sophisticated problems and decisions to their core - Champion evidence-based strategies to grow adoption and engagement - Use insights and data to create strategy and features that drive engagement and operational excellence - See around corners for future products by staying up to date with global, business, and technology trends and influences Education & Experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, business management, finance, computer science, or engineering strongly preferred. - 10+ years experience in product management Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits
