Key Qualifications Ability to read and interpret graphs Ability to interpret characterization data and make basic modifications to process recipes Demonstrated ability to perform basic troubleshooting of equipment problems. Demonstrates an understanding of vacuum systems Description Works closely with process and equipment engineers on a daily basis Routine operation of MOCVD reactors Document issues carefully and completely (i.e. unexpected alarms on equipment, misplaced parts, incomplete work instructions) and notifies engineering staff of the deviation. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Education & Experience Required: 2 years experience as an MOCVD operator in an industrial environment. Experience in operation of at least one other semiconductor process tool. Desired: 2 years experience with operation of AsH3 and PH3 based process. Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $29.10 and $52.90/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
