Director of Technology

(New York, New York) Responsible for overseeing, monitoring and maintaining critical IT infrastructure related to Avenues' online global educational environment.  Ensure that technology effectively supports innovative teaching, learning and daily operations.  Lead proposals to transfer Avenues' existing IT environment, bolster the creative computation efforts and build strong technical professional learning plans across campus for Avenues' virtual environment, manage the local IT infrastructure implementation, including structured cabling and network infrastructure, campus AV and security systems, and monitor all aspects of Avenues' data security.  Collaborate with a team of talented technology integrators, system administrators, and IT support staff committed to the operation of our campus and to the successful technology use by every member of our community.  Salary: $145,000-$180,000 annually.

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a technology related field, including Information Technology, Computer Science, or Biotechnology, plus two years of global technology integration experience as a Director of Technology for an academic institution or any occupation in which the required global technology integration experience for an academic institution was gained.
