MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • Three years of experience, that includes software design and development in an Agile Sprint environment to include storyboards and epics
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket Git Repositories, Visual Studio, and Jenkins
  • Proficiency in at least 3 of the following 11 programming languages or scripting types:

    • C#
    • C++
    • Python
    • C
    • Bash
    • PowerShell
    • VBS
    • XML
    • HTML
    • Batch
    • Java


  • At least one of the following cybersecurity-based certifications: CCNA-Security; CySA+ (formerly CSA+); GICSP; GSEC; Security + CE; CND, or SSCP


DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • One or more of the following additional certifications are preferred and will give the candidate preference for potential hire: Network + CE; A+ CE; VCTA; Linux+ CE; MCSE; VCP; MCSA; MCA, MTA, or MCE

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Supports software development requirements within the project team
  • Develops scripts for automated testing, patching, and image installation
  • Understands software requirements based on customer defined business needs
  • Installs and maintains software and system components
  • Develops and maintains software
  • Implements and maintains software version control
  • Implements and maintains software build processes
  • Develops and maintains automated tests
  • Supports acceptance testing of software deliverables
  • Recommends improvements to software components and system architecture
  • Provides input for documentation software applications
  • Provides technical support and administration of the software infrastructure
