PURPOSE Performs all administrative duties required to convert engineering data into shop fabrication data to communicate to the production line what needs to be manufactured. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 18 months of truss fabrication experience. COMPETENCIES Communication - Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with both Shop employees and the Production Management Team. Technical Skills - Demonstrates thorough understanding of Truss Manufacturing Process. Computer Skills - Potential to develop basic computer skills Administrative Skills - Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
