NYC DOT Division of Facilities Management seeks to hire an experienced Environmental Engineer to serve as the Environmental and Safety Coordinator. Candidate will perform various administrative environmental, and safety related duties. Ensure that the Division is in compliance with all OSHA, PESH, DOTOSH, OECA, and DEP policies. The Environmental Engineer may be responsible but not limited to the following duties: Minimum Qualifications 1. A valid New York State Professional Engineer License and four years of full-time experience in environmental engineering. A master's degree in environmental engineering from an accredited college will be accepted as equivalent to one year of the Preferred Skills
-Knowledge of environmental and safety policy and procedures -Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel -Strong Writing and communication skills -Detail Oriented -Ability to maintain confidentiality 55a Program
