Description The Office Coordinator will ensure that the Ohio regional office operates efficiently by helping to facilitate communication between the different departments working within the office, helping to coordinate and schedule services related to the building/office needs and act as a supporting member to all departments utilizing the regional office. This position also supports the Minnesota corporate team as needed and will work with outside vendors, guests and the general public providing a high level of customer service. Requirements 1. Minimum of three (3) years administrative experience.2. Must have the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks efficiently.3. Strong administrative skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products and keyboarding skills.4. Maintain flexibility with change and possess the ability to switch directions when new situations arise.5. Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Make independent decisions when needed and be accountable for these decisions. Possess a sense of urgency. 1. Must have strong project and process management skills.2. Must be project oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.3. Good customer service skills. Manage difficult or emotional customer situations. Respond promptly to customer needs. Solicit customer feedback to improve service. Respond to requests for service and assistance. Meet commitments.4. Strong communication (oral and written), critical thinking and analytical ability required.a) Oral - Speaks English clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Listens and asks for clarification. Responds well to questions. Participates in meetings.b) Written - Writes English clearly and informatively. Edits work for spelling and grammar.
