Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Group Associate! About the role As a Regional Group Associate (RGA) you're a member of the Benefits Distribution channel regional sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include learning from the ground up about group insurance business, specifically employee benefits and stop loss. You'll learn how to build, maintain, and service a profitable block of employer stop loss business. And there's room to grow! After demonstrating success in this role, you can move up to the next level RGA where your responsibilities increase and you're eligible for incentive compensation. What you'll do

Compensation Hourly Range: $20.10 - $33.45 plus eligibility for company annual bonus program Your experience and skills
