Hours will be Sunday-Thursday from 10:30pm-6:30am with some overtime. With a combination of hourly pay and profit sharing, you can earn a minimum of $76,512 per year! Responsibilities for Tool & Die Maker/Machinist: Perform all work in a safe manner; wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and make certain that all safety equipment is in proper working order. Ability to troubleshoot and repair press tooling in a production manufacturing environment. Safely and efficiently manufacture new and/or replacement tooling components from detailed part drawings and/or verbal instructions using a variety of manual machine shop equipment (Vertical "Bridgeport style" Mills, Surface Grinders, Welders, Hone, Drill Press, hydraulic press, etc.) Use precision measuring tools to measure and manufacture parts to exact specifications for tooling Use CMMS system for accurate tooling maintenance record keeping Able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds Requirements Minimum 3 years of Tool & Die repair or machine shop experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
