Full-Time/Regular Rogers a Nationally recognized leader in Behavioral Health is looking for a Residential Operations Supervisor (2nd shift) for our Oconomowoc Wisconsin location. Residential care provides a supportive, home-like setting. Position Summary: Rogers Behavioral Health is hiring a Residential Operations Supervisor. The Residential Operations Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to assist the Manager. This position also performs regular duties, works with the respective program manager to assist in overseeing the residents care, programming, activities, and other services related to meet their physical and emotional needs. In addition to the Mental Health Technician (MHT) duties, the Supervisor will be responsible for the following:
