Rogers a Nationally recognized leader in Behavioral Health is looking for a Residential Operations Supervisor (2nd shift) for our Oconomowoc Wisconsin location.

Position Summary:

Rogers Behavioral Health is hiring a Residential Operations Supervisor. The Residential Operations Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to assist the Manager. This position also performs regular duties, works with the respective program manager to assist in overseeing the residents care, programming, activities, and other services related to meet their physical and emotional needs. In addition to the Mental Health Technician (MHT) duties, the Supervisor will be responsible for the following:




  • Assist with the oversight of staff and maintaining staffing levels to grid.
  • Ensure all shifts are staffed and can accommodate capacity of program.
  • Be available for on-call coverage as scheduled including evenings, weekends, & holidays.
  • Participate in onboarding new MHT staff.
  • Complete introductory and annual evaluations.
  • Ensure residents are attending group.
  • Oversee and ensure resident rounds are being completed and provide MHT training on rounding.
  • Ensure medication protocols are being followed and action plans are created when an incident is entered into the system.
  • Offer ongoing training, support and coaching to staff members less familiar with the therapy model.
  • Offer ongoing training, support, and coaching to RCS regarding expectations and performance.
  • Safely Drive residents in corporate service vehicles to appointments and off ground activities.



Job Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in psychology, sociology or a related field is required
  • Min of 1 year of leadership experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Comfortable providing feedback and holding the team accountable
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred
  • CPR Certification is required to be completed within 30 days of employment start date
  • Valid drivers license
  • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen.



Schedule:



  • Second shift - 3:00PM-11:30pm Monday-Friday
  • On call rotation every 4-5 weeks
