Product Advisor (Product & Development Team)

We are known as a product-oriented company, and it is crucial to ship out leading and innovative products to scale our business. We have dozens of new ideas and plans to take our business to the next level. We are looking for a remote super-consultant who brings us external product business experience and will help to validate and share new ideas, concepts, and forecasts with different scenarios as our Product Advisor. We are not looking for a person who has all the ready solutions but for a passionate expert to share our ideas and concerns and think of answers together.

• Working closely with the company's VP of Apps and Innovations.

• Providing focused, comprehensive, pragmatic product and business advice and support according to global best practices.

• Suggesting change management strategies and plans based on your experience.

• Sharing ideas for forecasting for 3-5 years using different scenarios.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose solutions to improve inconsistencies and gaps.

• Approach each session prepared with materials to support research, ideas for discussion, recommendations for change, etc.

Examples of projects to discuss

• How to build and evaluate the effectiveness of unit structures and align their process within the organization.

• How to set up a process of continuous innovation and grow start-ups inside the organization.

• How to diversify revenue from main products by new monetization approaches, new products, and so on.

• 5+ years of CPO/CSO/Senior VP experience within various companies

• Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred.

• Board Member and Advisor experience required

• Product Management experience

• Experience in managing divisions of 250+ people

• Diverse and broad experience in SaaS/Marketplace/Digital businesses, with deep knowledge and understanding of SaaS and Marketplace business models

• Knows in theory and in practice how to resolve issues by designing an organizational structure, building relations within the company, and achieving personal and company goals

• Experienced in business change management or transformations in executive positions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Founder experience (preferred)

• Experience in venture investments (corporate or VC found) (preferred)

• Experience in M&A (preferred)
