Essential Responsibilities:



  • Reports to the Director of Marketing.
  • Maintain knowledge of rental statistics for Bryant Real Estate properties as well as our competition.
  • Identify areas of variation and coordinate with Marketing to engage in promotions and efforts to ensure performance metrics are achieved.
  • Analyze rental inquiries and assist Marketing in offering personalized, targeted promotions.
  • Set and communicate revenue goals and progress with Marketing to track actual performance to budgeted.
  • Organize weekly meetings with Marketing and Property Management to communicate progress towards revenue goals.
  • Manage dynamic pricing strategies that change seasonally, by property, etc. as well as dynamic stay restrictions that are set strategically based on our market position and forecast for the future.
  • Analyze property performance and adjust rental rates as necessary.
  • Meet with property owners, as needed, to discuss individual goals and objectives to ensure each property is managed to achieve those goals.
  • Analyze promotional performance and adjust efforts thereafter if necessary.


  • Monitor revenue for each rental property in the rental portfolio and the company, highlighting profitability to help shape business development efforts.
  • Work directly with owners on how to optimize the rental performance of their homes.
  • Complete bi-weekly fee analysis.
  • Generate weekly/month sales reports.
  • Monitor portfolio occupancy levels to maximize rental revenue.
  • Aid in forming future projections for the local market that will drive strategy.


Minimum Knowledge & Skill Requirements:



  • Strong multi-tasking skills along with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Expert computer skills required.
  • Experience with Beyond Pricing, Track PMS, and Key Data Dashboard are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Physically you can anticipate to:



  • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
  • Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 annually based on experience
