What You'll Do As the Virtual Sales Specialist you are responsible for driving Cisco's success in the Contact Center market. You will be driving successful strategies to gain and bring together aggressive growth for Cisco in this market. You will be ultimately responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to capture significant share for Cisco Contact Center Solutions that include on premise Cisco CC solutions with UCCX, PCCE, UCCE and in time the transition to Cisco Webex Contact Center in the cloud. You have significant Contact Center domain skills and experience with a consistent sales track record. Overlay sales within a channel-led and direct go-to-market business model is required. Specific knowledge and experience in successfully positioning and selling to business decision makers in the Contact Center is important. Broader Enterprise communications experience is highly desired. You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with Collaboration leadership as well as Cisco account teams and partners. The role requires the ability to work in and support multiple market segments with varied GTM models. Who You Are * 5+ years of sales experience with strategic accounts as well as commercial accounts required. * Strong financial and business acumen is required * Contact Center industry knowledge and sales experience * Experience in consultative, discovery-led, business value selling with the ability to build LOB and executive relationships This Sales Specialist will need to balance their time in driving Contact Center (CC) sales results while investing time in helping improve and accelerate the broader Cisco CC business. In that context, experience running non-sales (product management, operations, etc.) related teams/businesses is also desirable. Experience working in the systems integration and/or VAR space is also desired. Selling solutions to large and small customers alike. Understanding a broad range of Cisco technologies and the differentiated value of Cisco in the Contact Center marketplace is critical.
