Position Summary The Clinical Therapist (Licensed or License-Eligible) at Bell Shelter is responsible for providing a variety of clinical services, including providing group and individual psychotherapy, to participants in our interim housing programs. In addition, the Clinical Therapist will help develop high quality group curricula and clinical treatment planning protocols, perform behavioral health assessments, perform crisis management, and make psychiatric treatment referrals as needed. Essential Functions DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES: (not listed in order of priority):
Due to licensing requirements, all employees at this facility must be fully vaccinated and have booster shot or accept booster shot within 15 days of eligibility. This position requires employee to be vaccinated from COVID-19 unless granted a medical or religious exemption from Divisional HR Director. Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax, and telephone. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Minimum Qualifications
