GEICO is looking for a highly skilled Community Engagement Specialist to bring the GEICO brand to life on social media. GEICO strives to deepen connection with our audience through thoughtful and consistent engagement and purposeful content. We're looking for a candidate who is culturally fluent and understands how community management can be used as a powerful tool to accomplish brand and business objectives. As the Community Engagement Specialist, you are responsible for maintaining the voice of the GEICO brand via community engagement and social content. This role prioritizes, moderates, and responds to comments in a timely manner. You will work as a part of the Creative Social SWAT team to identify trends and create engaging social content on TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. You are tuned in to everything social and cultural to help make the beloved GEICO brand come to life in Social Media. You proactively find opportunities to add GEICO's unique perspective to social media, collaborate and enhance marketing campaigns, and are responsible for building meaningful conversations with our GEICO audience.
