Summary of Position |
Under supervision of designated supervisor, prepare, mix and serve drinks to customers; ensure positive guest service and maintain standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Set-up and breakdown beer cart at start and finish of events.
- Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age
- Comply with all NH State Liquor Laws, health regulations, and UNH standards and policies
- Process transactions using the POS system
- Prepare checks for customers and process payments

Required Qualifications |
- T.I.P.S. certification or State-specific equivalent (within 30 days if certification is expired)
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Ability to operate point-of-sale system
- Extensive knowledge of drink preparation and/or service
- Ability to remain calm when dealing with difficult guests
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service focus
- Willingness to work rotational work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays
