This is our Enterprise Agency Partner Marketing Manager role for those who want to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence by establishing and nurturing partnerships with Enterprise sized digital marketing and SEO agencies.


Tasks in the role
  • Identify potential SEO agency partners aligned with our product vision and business objectives.

  • Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy outlining target segments, objectives, and key performance indicators.

  • Define partnership tiers and establish collaboration frameworks to cater to varying agency needs.

  • Collaborate with agency partners to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling platform features.

  • Establish processes, guidelines, and SOPs for agency onboarding, partnership management, and support; define roles and responsibilities split within the team.

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in Enterprise sized SEO agencies, from executives to account managers.

  • Understand agency pain points, requirements, and objectives to tailor partnership offerings.

  • Collaborate with SEO agencies to educate them about our platform's capabilities, emphasizing how it can enhance their services and streamline operations.

  • Develop training materials, conduct webinars, and host workshops to ensure agency teams are proficient in using the platform.

  • Collect feedback from partners on Platform functionality and performance and provide it to the Product team for further platform development.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts to refine the partnership strategy.

  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for innovation within the agency partnership domain.

Who we are looking for
  • 4+ years of experience as a hands-on channel or agency partner marketer.

  • Proven track record in building channel or agency partner marketer functions.

  • Strong understanding of the SEO agency landscape, trends, and business challenges.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in team leadership and management.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

  • A distinctive startup mentality with a get-things-done attitude.

The Enterprise GTM team includes all functions involved in getting the Enterprise Platform to market including sales, customer success, marketing, professional services, and partners.
