As the Program Manager of the Management Training Program at SRS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future leaders of our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking, innovation, and leadership development to drive our company's success.
- Program Development: Lead the design, development, and enhancement of our Management Training Program curriculum. Ensure it aligns with our company's strategic goals and industry best practices.
- Talent Identification: Collaborate with HR and senior management to identify high-potential employees for the program, ensuring a diverse and inclusive participant pool.
- Learning Experience: Partner with Learning and Development to Create a transformative and engaging learning experience for program participants through workshops, mentorship, simulations, and other innovative approaches.
- Program Delivery: Oversee program logistics, schedules, and budgets to ensure a seamless and cost-effective delivery.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of mentorship and continuous learning by matching participants with experienced leaders and subject matter experts.
- Performance Assessment: Implement robust assessment and evaluation processes to measure program effectiveness and participant progress.
- Feedback and Improvement: Continuously gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine and improve the program.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on program outcomes and ROI.

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
