We are seeking a Senior Manager of Global Workplaces to lead our efforts in optimizing our global office spaces and ensuring that they align with our company culture and business needs.

As the Senior Manager of Global Workplaces, you will be responsible for managing our global office spaces to ensure they are appealing, efficient, cost-effective, and conducive to collaboration and productivity. You will oversee a team of Workplace Specialists and collaborate with various departments to achieve these objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the strategic relationship with our partner, CBRE, including lease and contract management, renewals, legal, accounting schedules, weekly calls, and local property tours
  • Oversee lease optimization projects to continuously save costs while owning and executing the global real estate strategy, including relocations, downsizing, closures, expansions, and new property projects internationally
  • Lead and manage a global team of 5 Workplace Specialists, providing structured bi-weekly calls, guidance, and support to ensure consistency and excellence in workplace management
  • Create and manage the workplace organizational structure and standardize contracts regionally and globally
  • Oversee global facilities management, ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable work environment for employees
  • Meet with local leaders to ensure that office spaces are designed and equipped to facilitate collaboration and productivity
  • Work with the contracts and accounting teams to ensure proper budgeting and timely payment of deposits, rents, dilapidations, and other financial obligations related to office spaces
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure spaces are equipped with the necessary ISP and security measures, especially during office relocations
  • Drive workplace culture initiatives and contribute to the development of the "back to work" policy for hybrid employees

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in global real estate and workplace management
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering cost-effective solutions and a proficiency in contract negotiation and vendor management
  • Agility to lead a team through changes in workplace strategy, like hybrid remote
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of workplace culture and policy development
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with CBRE or a similar vendor
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar financial systems is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones and locations
