Tasks in the role
Drive revenue growth by generating new business, upselling, and cross-selling. Managing the sales cycle with 250+ accounts You should feel comfortable managing and closing run-rate deals while also sourcing, progressing, and closing complex selling cycles with multiple stakeholders. Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of key customers and consistently seek new opportunities for our customers and qualified prospects. Collaborate with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to develop and execute account plans. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand their business needs, and provide additional Semrush solutions to optimize growth. Utilize high-volume calls, minutes, and demos, strategically focusing on outreach and personalized follow-up cadences to strengthen customer relationships. Travel is recommended but not necessary or required.
Who we are looking for
- 3+ years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in a mid-market or enterprise sales role, with a successful track record of consistently closing >$100k ARR deals.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Proficient in various sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC, or others.
- Strong presentation skills and feels confident presenting in front of senior management of prospective organizations.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and business partners.
