This opportunity is located within our EnviroLogix business that develops and manufactures testing solutions for detecting GMOs, mycotoxins, plant pathogens, natural toxins and chemical contaminants in multiple agricultural matrices. Job Description General Summary: The Pre & Post Sales Support Specialist will conduct customer onboarding, trainings, and demos virtually and on-site with customers across the United States, Canada, and across the globe. They will work directly with the Commercial teams (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) with customer trainings, trade shows, and selected customer visits 50-75% of their time.They will also serve as a resource for customers and internal employees for technical support. Customer interface will be in-person and via telephone/e-mail with internal and external customers. Additionally, they will provide first-line diagnosis of customer issues and work with Managers and Team Leads from Customer Engagement, Production, Product Development, Software, Senior Technical Applications Scientists and QA, for more complex support. They will also act as a source for pre-sales explanations of protocols and suitability of products for specific applications. Remote work option for candidates based in the US Midwest.
