MA-01760-Primrose School of Natick Primrose School of Natick is hiring a Director or Assistant Director level candidate to be a part of opening an additional location in the Boston Metrowest area. This position will join the leadership team at the Natick location to learn and train alongside the current leadership team and prepare for opening a new school. We are seeking an individual who is energetic, organized, a problem solver, and possesses great communication skills. This individual needs to be passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to the success of our next generation. The successful candidate will be able to balance both the educational and operational needs of the school with a high focus on daily school operations, regulatory compliance, health & safety, and staff training and development. Our ideal candidate has: A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community. A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field At least two years of program administration experience in an EEC licensed large group program At least five years of classroom teaching experience; experience teaching infants, toddlers and preschool age students Superior time management, attention to detail and organization to operate in a fast-paced environment EEC Director II qualified with Lead Teacher qualification for I/T/P Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations Benefits include health & dental insurance, 401k with matching, paid time off, paid winter break from Christmas - New Year's, professional development, tuition reimbursement, childcare discount and more.
