About this Position: This position is responsible for leading the creation and maintenance of Knowledge articles including, but not limited to Business Processes, Job Aids, Internal/External FAQs and announcements for Contact Center Operations (CCO). This position collaborates with stakeholders to initiate and develop new Knowledge articles in addition to ensuring existing articles are current and readily available for all contact center personnel. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining Purchase Orders and financial information for Contact Center Operations. Responsibilities include: * Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of CCO procedures and product standards. * Perform (or request) any required research to ensure complete information is collected and understood * Manage, develop, and update business processes. Including, but not limited to; meeting with stakeholders, updating tracking sheet(s), ensure deadlines and annual validation criteria are met. * Create and maintain Purchase Orders and track financial information for Contact Center Operations. * Maintain contracts/SOWs and ensure suppliers and vendors meet contract obligations. * Coordinate project workload with team members both internal and external members of CCO. * Special Projects, where applicable. Required Work Experience: * Minimum of 3-5 years of training and curriculum development experience * Minimum of 3-5 years developing policies and procedures * Proven experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and schedule while meeting deadlines * Must have strong communication, presentation, problem solving and decision-making skills, along with exceptional planning and organizing abilities Required Education: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience in the field of automotive call center Desired skills: * Experience working in a call center * Automotive technology/systems knowledge (product, warranty, field and dealer operations) * Knowledge of Honda products and ability to interface with all levels of management across divisions * Proficiency in Salesforce (CRRS), MS Office, Outlook, iN, CIS, and SAP What differentiates Honda and makes us an employer of choice?
