About this Position: The purpose of the Sales Analyst position is to support the zone field office within the Auto Sales division. The Sales Analyst will train to potentially become a Honda Sales Representative in the future. This position plays a key role in Zone sales operations and provides support for our dealer network, zone management, corporate headquarters, and field staff. Responsibilities include: * Generating management reports, creating presentations, handling special projects, and conducting sales analysis * Providing support to zone management in all dealer meetings and zone communication * Training to potentially become a Honda Sales Representative and learn behind the scenes of our sales operations * Complete assigned training (e.g. Product Knowledge Training, Allocation, Dealership Financial Statement Analysis, and Sales Training) * Support the Region Achieve New Honda Vehicle, Certified Pre-owned, and Market Share Objectives * Support Regional team with Ownership Transfer Packages, New Dealer Packages, Dealer Relocation Packages, Open Point Packages and LOI Completion Who we are seeking: Required Work Experience: * 0-2 years of work experience plus sales/customer service experience * Prior experience in the retail/wholesale industry, preferably automotive * Knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis preferred Required Education: * Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance or marketing Desired skills: * * A passion for the automotive industry * Proficiency in all MS office applications (excel, word, and PowerPoint) is essential * Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills * Excellent organizational and communication skills required * Position requires travel as well as possible nights and weekends * Future relocation is required Additional Position Factors: * Workstyle: On-site * Travel: 20% At Honda, you will play a key role in our journey to become a company that society wants to exist now, and in the future.
