About this Position:

The purpose and function of the Fixed Operations Training Specialist (Specialist-Training SVC) is to deliver Service Advisor/Consultant and Service Management "soft skills" and financial training to dealer personnel. This training is intended to improve customer satisfaction scores and retail profitability. The Specialist also supports many dealership and field events at the Zone and National level. Delivery of training to Service Directors, Managers, Advisors, and Consultants may be done virtually or in-person, depending upon business needs.

Responsibilities include:

* Facilitating workshops

* Developing and Implementing training curriculum designed to improve customer satisfaction survey scores at the dealer level

* Supporting curriculum development as a subject matter expert

* Supporting Zone and Field events, either virtually or in-person

* Special projects

Qualifications

Required Work Experience:

* Experience at an automotive dealership as a technician or service advisor

* Knowledge of automotive systems and regulatory issues

Required Education:

* AA/AS degree in automotive technology and/or equivalent

Desired skills:

* Basic computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Etc.)

* Ability to analyze reports and make appropriate plans and countermeasures.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills
