People Team Generalist Intern: Benefits (Undergraduate)

HashiCorp's People Team is looking for an intern to join the Benefits team. The ideal candidate is empathetic, enthusiastic and able to critically review and find solutions to complex problems.

This intern can expect to partner with our Benefits team on helping administer our US Benefits Programs. In this role you will help support the day to day responsibilities of administering our health benefits, as well as contribute to projects in the development of HashiCorp's global wellness strategy.

What you'll do (Responsibilities)

• Expand and develop US Benefits employee reference materials (i.e. Benefits Sites, Benefits Guides, etc)
• Learn how to resolve complex employee issues with a high degree of confidentiality, empathy, and employee service
• Partner with cross functional teams (People Business Partner, People Ops, Payroll) to continue to evolve and grow People team processes

What you'll need (Minimum Qualifications)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in the United States and will be returning to school following the completion of the internship
• Have an anticipated undergraduate graduation date of December 2024- June 2025
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well-organized, have an excellent attention to detail, and a learning mentality
